Baoding Yushen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. Successfully Signs Investment Agreement with the Chongxin County People’s Government

On February 24, the People’s Government of Chongxin County held a signing ceremony for an investment agreement with Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. Zhang Shuanhui, Secretary of the County Party Committee, attended the ceremony, where Yang Cong, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, and Su Malili, General Manager of Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd., delivered remarks. Qin Junjie, a member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Vice County Mayor, and Su Xiaotian, General Manager of Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd., then signed the investment agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Zhao Zhigang and Xi Pengju, leaders of the county government, along with relevant officials from Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. and Oriental Dragon Business Group, also attended the signing ceremony.
Yang Cong, on behalf of the County Party Committee and the County Government, extended warm congratulations on the successful signing of the investment agreement. He pointed out that Chongxin is a city of culture, integrity, green development, health and wellness, and innovation. In recent years, the County Party Committee and the County Government have focused on the goal of establishing a provincial-level development zone, increased financial investment, continuously improved infrastructure, and steadily refined preferential policies for attracting investment, thereby significantly enhancing the zone’s attractiveness and capacity to accommodate enterprises.
Yang Cong stated that the successful signing of the agreement between the enterprise and the county represents both a comprehensive showcase of the county’s achievements in investment promotion and a promising start to close, collaborative partnership aimed at joint development and shared prosperity. Chongxin County will steadfastly uphold the development philosophy of “openness, inclusiveness, and win-win cooperation,” carry forward the “Chongxin Spirit” of respect and trust, rigorously honor its investment-promotion commitments, proactively serve as a dedicated “shop assistant,” implement a “nanny-style” service mechanism, and, with the utmost sincerity and unwavering effort, create the optimal environment for project implementation and enterprise growth.
